Africa NOW: Engaging African Partnerships Towards Advancing the SDGs

Tuesday, May 28, 2025
9:00 - 11:00 a.m. PST
San Diego, California

The 2025 NAFSA Africa Forum centers on fostering positive collaborations across sub-Saharan Africa and the broader African continent to advance human development as explained in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Join our expert panelists for an insightful Q&A that will deepen attendees’ understanding of the contributions African higher education institutions are making toward the UN SDGs and explore how institutions worldwide are currently supporting these efforts and how they can further contribute.

The forum will also feature roundtable discussions, offering participants the opportunity to connect with peers interested in African partnerships and engage in conversations on shared challenges, opportunities, and goals within international education.
