
Jackie G. Boboye
Dr. Jackie Boboye is a professor/counselor, international students advisor and multicultural club advisor at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She is also a member of both the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association. Dr. Boboye has a BA in sociology/social work, an MA in education with an emphasis in counseling from California State University, San Bernardino. She received a doctorate degree in Education with emphasis in the Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University. Her dissertation title was: “Improving Engagement for Distance Learning Students Through Non-Face-to-Face Counseling: An Action Research Study.” Dr. Boboye is an active community organizer, mentor, and volunteer. She is a consultant and a director of student mentoring program at Grace International Educational Consulting (GIEC), a non-profit organization where she facilitates workshops, seminars and trainings to prepare students for academic and career success.
