The Texas State Meeting will take place on Friday, March 28 at Dallas College, Eastfield Campus in Mesquite, Texas. It will start at 8:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM. Check-in will be available from 8:00 - 9:15 AM, breakfast will take place from 8:00 - 9:00 AM, sessions will run from 9:30 am - 4:00 PM, and there will be a lunch and coffee break. Parking is free at Dallas College.

There are two airports in Dallas: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. Both airports are about 30 minutes from Dallas College.

There are several hotels near Dallas College, Eastfield Campus such as the Courtyard Dallas Mesquite, Fairfield Inn & Suites Mesquite, or Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas East. All are within a 5-10 minute drive of the college. 

Early-Bird Registration will open Monday March 3 at 8:00 AM CT. Early-Bird Registration ends on Friday, March 7 at 11:59 PM CT. Regular registration opens Saturday, March 8 and ends on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Onsite registration will be available via credit card on your personal device.
