2024 Oklahoma State Meeting

The 2024 Oklahoma State Meeting will be hosted on Thursday, April 4, 2024 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CT in-person. It is for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Session schedule information and link access information will be sent to registrants one day prior to the start of the conference.

Registration:

Registration will open March 4, 2024 at 8am CT. Early bird registration ends on March 10, 2024 at 11pm CT. Regular registration ends on March 29, 2024 at 11pm CT. There will be onsite registration by CHECK ONLY.

Registration Rates

Through March 10, 2024, the early bird registration fees are as follows:

• $50 for nonmembers
• $35 for NAFSA members
• $25 for NAFSA student members
• $25 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members

• From March 11 - March 29, the regular registration fees are as follows:

  • $60 for nonmembers
  • $45 for NAFSA members
  • $35 for NAFSA student members
  • $35 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members

  The onsite registration fees are as follows:

  • $75 for nonmembers
  • $60 for NAFSA members
  • $45 for NAFSA student members
  • $45 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
