What’s Included in Your NAFSA Booth Purchase:

  • Each 10 ft. x10 ft. booth is set with standard pipe and drape with 8 ft. high black drape and 3 ft. high side black drape, gray carpet, and a 44”x7” booth identification sign.
  • Two complimentary, nontransferable conference registrations (approx. value at over $2,100) per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth purchased.
  • A listing in the Exhibitor Information section of the NAFSA 2025 Annual Conference Online Program available in early March, 2025 (provided all required payments and tasks are submitted by January 31, 2025) that links to the Interactive Expo Hall map.
  • A listing on the interactive Expo Hall map including exhibiting organization’s name, booth number, logo, description and URL.
  • Access to attendee networking features within the official Online Program and Mobile App.
  • An exhibitor lounge with complimentary refreshments during show hours.
  • The opportunity for an expanded listing of your organization through the purchase of display ads.
  • A 2025 “NAFSA Exhibitor” button to use in your marketing and social media efforts.

* Furniture, electricity, internet or other utilities are not included in your booth purchase. Fully paid exhibitors will be provided with the Freeman Exhibitor Service Manual in late February, 2025 to plan furnishing and equipping their booths.

Booth Specifications

  • Minimum booth size: 10 ft. deep x 10 ft. wide.
  • All 10 ft. x 10 ft. booths include 8 ft. (~2.4m) high backdrop black drape and 3 ft. (~1m) high side black drape, identification sign with organization name and booth number, and grey carpet.
  • Island and peninsula booth space can be configured to exhibitor requirements. The cost is calculated based on total square footage of reserved space and the category of booths selected.
  • Hanging signs require a minimum of 20 ft. x 20 ft. (400 sq ft.) booth rental and are an additional rental cost. Hanging sign fees are for rental space only and do not count towards sign production or installation costs.
