What are the official dates of the Annual Conference?
The conference begins Tuesday, June 1, and ends Friday, June 4, 2021.
Can I register the throughout the week of the event?
Yes.
Sessions & Workshops
Where are the conference sessions and workshops being held?
Conference sessions and workshops are held virtually from Tuesday, June 1 through Friday, June 4, 2021.
Can I still register for a preconference workshop the day of the workshop?
Workshop space is extremely limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Please register for workshops in advance.
What types of sessions and workshops are being offered?

Presenter Registration
All presenters (sessions and posters) are required to register for the NAFSA Annual Conference. The cost associated with attending the NAFSA Annual Conference, including registration, is the responsibility of the individual presenters.

NAFSA is willing to assist with accessible needs; please indicate what your needs are during registration.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card
- NAFSA accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards as forms of payment.
- Complete credit card information must be provided with online registration or on the registration form.

- Institutional purchase orders are not accepted as payment.
- Wire transfers will only be accepted for registrants outside the United States.

- Registration forms will not be processed without full payment.
- Online registrations will be considered originals. Do not mail your registration form after you have registered online, as your credit card may be charged more than once.
Confirmation, Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes to Registration
- Cancellation or request for changes to conference registration, workshop registration, and registration for Unique Learning Opportunities must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, May 28, 2021. Any cancellations received after May 28 will not be refunded.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.
- If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued.
- There are no refunds for special event registrations unless the event is sold out or cancelled.
- A $100 (USD) cancellation fee will be deducted from conference registration refunds and a $100 (USD) cancellation fee will be deducted from workshop and NAFSA Signature Program registration refunds up to a $200 (USD) maximum deduction for multiple cancellations. If NAFSA cancels a workshop, you will receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund.
- All requests for changes, cancellations, and refunds must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, May 28, 2021.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
NAFSA will build a digital photo, quote, and video clip library of the NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference & Expo. As a participant in this event, you may be digitally photographed. NAFSA has the right to use attendee images in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction. In the event that we interview, film, and record your words, NAFSA will seek your express permission.
Membership
Become a NAFSA Member today and save $200 on NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference & Expo registration.
First-year New Membership is only $199. It is a one-year membership available to individuals worldwide who have never been a member of NAFSA. This type of membership is also available to Student Members who have completed their education and are entering the field.

Group Registration
Does NAFSA offer group registration?
Currently, we are not offering group registration prices for the 2021 Annual Conference. Registrants should register with their personal NAFSA ID and receive individual registration login information. NAFSA prohibits the sharing of login credentials.
