NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference & Expo Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions
Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes to Registration
Cancellations and requests for changes to conference registration and workshop registration must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, May 28, 2021. Any cancellations received after May 28 will not be refunded. Refunds, if approved, may be processed 4 to 6 weeks after the conference. If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from attendees’ conference registration refunds and a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from workshops up to a $200 maximum deduction for multiple cancellations. If NAFSA cancels a workshop, you will receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund. All requests for cancellations, changes, and refunds must be made in writing, emailed to www.nafsa.org/form/contact-registration, and received no later than Friday, May 28, 2021.

By registering for this event, you agree to the collection of contact and demographic information in accordance with NAFSA’s Privacy Policy. Your data will be collected and utilized for NAFSA: Association of International Educators, organizer of this event, to allow your access to the event as well as its digital platform. Additionally, you agree to the sharing of your contact information with the trainers, coaches, and other program participants for the purpose of fulfilling the program for which you have registered. As a condition to participation, attendees consent to be recorded.
When you register, an account will be created with all the information that you entered. This account will allow you access to the platform and the attendees' list to network before, during, and after the event. Your data will be given to Swapcard, our partner and editor of our digital platform. Your data will be protected and not commercialized. You have the right to access your data as well as to edit or delete it. For further information on data processing and your rights, please refer to Swapcard's protection of data policy at www.swapcard.com/gdpr.
NAFSA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. NAFSA does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience, including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for the conference. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference at the sole discretion of NAFSA’s management team.
