Mark Howard, from the Department of State’s Office of Private Sector Exchange Administration (OPA), presented guidance on what, when, why and how academic sponsors must report incidents involving their respective J-1 exchange visitor programs to the Department, including how sponsors can use the Incident Report Form 
and Incident Report Rubric to stay in compliance with federal regulations governing the Exchange Visitor Program.
