Wing-Kai To

Dr. Wing-Kai To is Professor of History and former Assistant Provost for Global Engagement at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. He currently serves as a Board Member and incoming Chair of the Professional Development and Engagement Committee of AIEA and a member of the NAFSA International Education Leadership Resources and Networking Sub-Committee. Wing-Kai was responsible for overseeing international operations including partnership agreements, global academic programs, study abroad, international student and scholar services at Bridgewater. As a former Fulbright scholar and participant in many international education projects, he has extensive experience collaborating with faculty for global learning in the curriculum, international teaching and research, virtual exchange and COIL, as well as grants and contracts for customized global engagement programs.
