Violet R. Ket

Violet is a seasoned international education leader with extensive experience across multiple institutions of various sizes and academic profiles. As a former international student, she is very familiar with the challenges foreigners face when arriving to America and aims to help students and scholars navigate the complexities of academic life by creating sensible institutional policies and community engagement programs. Violet is currently the director of international student success and PDSO for the California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM) in Los Angeles, CA. Before academia, she spent more than 10 years in the film industry. Violet is an avid world traveler and loves Formula 1, fine cuisine, fantasy books and TV shows.
