Tina Rousselot de Saint Céran, MBA

Tina Rousselot de Saint Céran serves as director for international student and scholar services at Georgia Institute of Technology overseeing immigration and support services for international students, scholars, and families. Tina holds a master's degree of business administration from Clemson University and a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages from Austin Peay State University. Tina previously served as NAFSA's ISCA network leader, South Carolina Association of International Educators (SCAIE) chair, and SCAIE ISSS representative. She currently serves as both the past chair of NAFSA’s KC ISSS and KC ISSS representative on NAFSA's 2022 Annual Conference Committee, and is an active Trainer Corps member.
