Tiff Hayes

Tiff Hayes (she/her) has worked in higher education for 17 years, with the last 10 in international education at Portland Community College (PCC) in Oregon as the International Student Life Coordinator. Tiff understands the transformational power of equity and inclusion in education and draws on her experience as a queer woman and first-generation college graduate to connect, involve, and engage students holistically as they work towards their goals. Tiff holds an associate degree from Green River College, a bachelor's in communication and event planning from Western Washington University, and a master's in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Outside of work, you can find her trying new recipes, spending time with her partner, and hanging out with her dogs Roxie and Raja.
