Shelley Jewell
Shelley Jewell is the director of education abroad at the University of Wyoming (UW), where she leads a team in the development and administration of education abroad programs including faculty-directed programs, student advising and support, and all related services. She is a member of NAFSA, the Forum on Education Abroad, Diversity Abroad, the CO/WY Consortium of International Educators and the Fulbright Association. Shelley has served on the advisory board of Arcadia Abroad: College of Global Studies and SAI Programs. Shelley is currently pursuing her doctor of education from the University of Wyoming in higher education administration. She holds a master’s degree in international education policy management from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree in international economics and sociology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She was awarded the International Education Administrators Fulbright grant to Germany in 2009.
