Sandra Guarín Tarquino
Sandra Guarín Tarquino has twenty years of experience in internationalization of higher education, international cooperation, leadership of partnerships and networks, glocal stakeholder connections, and project and grant management. She is co-founder of the Latin American Initiative for the Internationalization of Higher Education (INILAT) and was recognized by the Colombian Association of Universities (ASCUN) "For her committed, dedicated and generous leadership as National Coordinator of the Colombian Network for the Internationalization of Higher Education (RCI) between 2018 and 2022." She has served as consultant and lecturer in comprehensive internationalization, international cooperation, and non-state diplomacy. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations, a graduate degree in European Studies and a master’s degree in Management and Development Practice.
