Ruby Cheng

Dr. Ruby Cheng, Assistant Director of the Global Brown Center at Brown University, leads programs that create a sense of belonging for internationally identified communities on campus. With over a decade in higher education, she champions inclusivity and equity for diverse populations. A 2024 recipient of Brown’s Excellence Award for Diversity and Inclusion, she holds an EdD in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver, where her research explores international students' sense of belonging and acculturation.
