Renée Zicman

Renée Zicman is executive director of the Brazilian Association for International Education (FAUBAI). She has been professor in the School of Social Sciences, as well as director for international affairs at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She has served as Vice-President of the Franco-Brazilian Centre of Technical and Scientific Documentation and member of the Academic Committee of the Latin American Memorial Foundation. She has been co-founder of the Latin American Initiative for the Internationalization of Higher Education (INILAT), a space for dialogue and exchange between associations and networks from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. She has published books and articles on the internationalization of higher education. She has been appointed Knight of the Order of the Legion of Honor, the highest French decoration, and she is the recipient of the Order of Academic Palms from the Government of France (Knight and Officer).
