Rebecca James

Based in New York City, Rebecca is CEA’s regional director–east where she cultivates and maintains relationships with study abroad offices, faculty and staff at U.S. colleges and universities to help support their education abroad goals. Prior to joining CEA in August 2009, Rebecca worked as the director of study abroad for Dublin Business School, a private college in Dublin, Ireland. Rebecca also serves as the Consular Affairs Liaison Representative to the EA Regulatory Practice Committee.
