Randeep Kullar

Randeep is a dedicated higher education professional with a dual passion for career development and international education. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Study Abroad at Loyola Marymount University, where she supports students in expanding their academic, personal, and professional horizons through immersive global experiences.

Previously, Randeep worked as Institutional Relations Manager at CAPA and spent the early part of her career designing and managing global internship programs. Her work focused on guiding students through the intersection of career readiness and international engagement. She later transitioned to cultivating international institutional partnerships, creating customized experiential learning programs that emphasize cultural competence and student growth.

Randeep holds an M.S. in Counseling with a specialization in College and Career Counseling from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in History with a minor in Education from the University of California, Davis. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing access and equity in higher education, particularly for underrepresented student populations. Her leadership includes service on committees with Diversity Abroad, NAFSA, and the Global Leadership League, where she continues to champion inclusive and transformative learning experiences.
