Mingzhi Li

Mingzhi (pronounced “min-jur”) has been working in International Student and Scholar Services for 15 years. She is currently a Senior Immigration Program Manager and the RO for the J-1 program at Virginia Tech, working primarily with employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, J-1 scholars, and non-degree exchange students. Prior to the current role, Mingzhi held roles in F-1 student advising and programming. She has been a NAFSA Trainer Corps member and has presented at NAFSA national and regional conferences. Mingzhi enjoys cooking and travelling in her free time.
