Matthew R. Beatty

Matthew R. Beatty, EdD has nearly 20 years of experience working in international enrollment management. He serves as Acting Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions at Luther College where he oversees all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, marketing, financial aid, and enrollment. Dr. Beatty is a longtime NAFSA volunteer and member. He has served as Chair of NAFSA’s Knowledge Community for International Enrollment Management. He’s also held positions on the Region IV team and Local Arrangements Committee. He holds a master’s in Comparative and International Development Education and a doctorate in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
