Matt Schneider

With over 20 years of experience in education, Matthew Schneider has been a leader in the development of both domestic and international student success. He has increased international student enrollment, developed academic partnerships and dual degree programs with boarding schools, colleges and universities all around the world. Matthew is currently part of the team at Nord Anglia Education as the Director of Student Recruitment – The Americas.

His firm belief is that, “Cross-cultural immersion is critical for our global citizens to better understand and care for each other. International education provides an excellent platform for that type of growth and appreciation.” Matthew has been part of the NAFSA Region V Leadership Team including holding the position of Chair in 2020. Most recently he spent the past two year as a member of the Board of Directors at Leading Change Africa focusing on increasing academic access globally. He looks forward to returning to the NAFSA Region V Leadership Team to expand awareness of international student needs at the K-12 level.
