Marisa A. Gray is a seasoned professional within higher education, specializing in international education. Her commitment to the field is deeply rooted in her belief in the transformative power of global learning. With that, Marisa brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, developing strategic partnerships abroad, and supporting both students and faculty in education abroad. She is also versed in designing and implementing experiential learning programs, education abroad learning outcomes, assessment, and culturally responsive teaching and learning in global education. Outside of her institutional commitments, Marisa has served on task forces and academic consortium boards for several international organizations. She continues to make an impact in international education by establishing positive, diverse, and inclusive systems/spaces to support students. Her work in the field has been recognized by Diversity Abroad, who awarded her as a Trailblazer, displaying excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion in international education. Marisa is currently the Manager of Global Learning and Engagement at Toronto Metropolitan University.
