Kerry Geffert

Kerry Geffert is an international educator with a broad skill set, having worked for both universities and international education organizations in the areas of international student services, international recruitment, education abroad and marketing. A NAFSAn for over 40 years, Kerry has served in numerous roles at the regional and national levels, including Regional Chair, Nominations & Elections Chair, Annual Conference Chair, Chair of the Education Abroad Knowledge Community and Chair/Lead Trainer of the Management Development Program. Most recently he has served in the chair stream of the Phase II: Continuing Educators MIG. In his retirement, Geffert keeps a “toe” in international education as an Associate with the Gateway International Group and as an advisor to the Gbarnga (Liberia) Lutheran Mission Project.
