Jessica Fareri

Jess Fareri works in the UC Davis Global Learning Hub as an Experiential and Intercultural Programs Coordinator. She concentrates on supportive programming for international students and scholars at UC Davis and has a special interest in supporting early-career scientists. Prior to joining the Global Learning Hub, she coordinated visiting scholar and postdoctoral appointments in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. She is also a JET alumni, serving as an ALT in Akita City, Japan for two years. Born and raised in New York, Jess graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a BA in Linguistics and an MA in TESOL, later moving to California to complete another MA in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
