Jennifer Dressen
Currently serving as the Assistant Director of International Student & Scholar Services at Brown University, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in advising and advocating for international students while ensuring institutional compliance with federal immigration regulations. She has previously held leadership positions at the Rhode Island School of Design, the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and ELS Language Centers at Purdue University Fort Wayne, where she led teams, developed student-centered programming, and enhanced institutional processes. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience fostering inclusive and supportive environments where international students and scholars can thrive.
Jennifer is deeply engaged in the international education community and has been an active member of NAFSA since 2013. She has served in multiple leadership roles within Region XI, including Conference Planner Stream, and the Chair Stream. Off the clock, you might find Jennifer playing volleyball or strolling the neighborhoods of providence.
