Jana Jaffa

Dr. Jana Jaffa is the Assistant Director of Graduate Career Services at Penn State University. Her background spans ISSS, international research, and international student engagement. She has been working in the field since 2014. Dr. Jaffa has been active in the NAFSA community as a NAFSA Academy 18 graduate, participant in the NAFSA Executive Internationalization Leadership e-institute, committee member on the TLS KC Research & Scholarship subcommittee between 2020-2022, and Poster Fair Coordinator for International Education Research at the 2021 NAFSA annual conference. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, wine/beer making, serves as a church pianist, and has traveled to over 15 countries!
