
Emily Resnevic
Emily Resnevic is a Senior Custom Program Developer at CEA CAPA Education Abroad and has served as the Rhode Island State Representative since 2023. In her role at CEA CAPA, Emily develops faculty-led and custom programs abroad through collaboration with U.S. institutional partners and international teams. Committed to integrating DEIBJ values into program design, she serves on the organization's Access, Opportunity, & Impact Leadership Council to advance DEI initiatives. As Rhode Island State Representative, Emily organizes state meetings and conferences to engage the international education community. Emily's experience includes working with international students in the U.S. as a teacher, advisor, and Assistant Director of Studies. She has led study abroad programs for pre-veterinary students in Thailand and spent a summer living at an elephant sanctuary. Her own international experience includes studying abroad with Semester at Sea and earning her TEFL certificate in Prague, Czech Republic, where she taught ESL to adults for one year.
