Emily Ostenson

Emily is the Assistant Director of Education Abroad in the International Programs Office at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her role focuses on leading enrollment management, outreach, programming, and curriculum integration for exchange and third-party programs. She is a graduate of the Professional French Masters Program at the University of Wisconsin Madison, where she received a Master of French Studies in International Education. She studied and worked in several different regions in France for over five years. She is the Region XI Academy Coach for 2023 & 2024 and is also a WorldStrides Higher Education Advisory Board member. She previously served on the Region XI team as Secretary and Chair of the Mentor/Mentee Committee. She was a NAFSA  Academy 14 trainee for Region XI and past Vice President for the Massachusetts Council for International Education (MaCIE).
