Cinda Quattrini

Cinda Quattrini began working for VA as an Education File Clerk in 1995. Over the years, she worked as a Veterans Claims Examiner (VCE), Sr. VCE and Claims Processing Supervisor. For more than 10 years, Cinda served as Education Liaison Representative (ELR) for schools in New York. Since joining Education Service in 2019 as a Management Analyst, she now serves as Chief of the DGIB Policy and Procedures team.

She is a graduate of the State of NY University at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Her husband, daughter and son are Navy Veterans. Each used their VA EDU benefits to further their careers.
