Celia Cutler

Celia Cutler is an International Student Advisor at Eastern Michigan University. She primarily serves the F-1 student population through her role as a Designated School Official and advises students on maintaining their status. She also serves as Alternate Responsible Officer and assists the J-1 population at EMU. She earned her BA in Communication Studies and BA in Spanish from the University of Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her fiancé, and spending time with her two dogs.
