Ana Lilia Ramos is an accomplished expert in international education and student services, boasting nearly 20 years of experience at the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). She earned her Master's in Humanities and Bachelor's in International Studies from UDEM and has progressively advanced through various positions, including Project Coordinator, Study Abroad Advisor, and Exchange Program Coordinator, eventually leading up to the role of Internationalization at Home and International Cooperation Manager. Recognized for her proficiency in intercultural communication, Ana Lilia has been a dedicated instructor in the Intercultural Competencies Program since 2015 and has been developing COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) projects since 2019.
