Commitment to Sustainability: NAFSA 2024 and Beyond
The NAFSA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo will take place at the LEED Gold-certified Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. NAFSA is committed to actions that minimize waste and environmental impact, such as distributing reusable water bottles and responsibly sourced tote bags and partnering with eco-conscious vendors like Freeman.
Our commitment extends beyond the conference, as NAFSA continually integrates sustainable practices throughout the year and into the future. NAFSA is an official signatory of the Climate Action Network for International Education (CANIE) Accord. We champion environmentally sustainable practices.
