Opening Plenary - $80,000
NAFSA’s opening plenary features a renowned and thought-provoking global luminary. Thursday Plenary - $50,000 (exclusive); $25,000 for partial
NAFSA’s plenaries bring visionaries, global leaders, and other high-profile speakers throughout the week. Acknowledgment will include recognition on the conference website, mobile app, online planner, and conference signage, and two complimentary conference registrations. Sponsors may also meet the speaker, share the stage, and welcome attendees.

NAFSA’s Opening Celebration brings together conference attendees for a high-energy, memorable community-building event, often featuring high-profile entertainment. Celebrate NAFSA's 75th Anniversary with us at our premier anniversary celebration. Sponsors receive extensive branding through event marketing and promotions. Closing Celebration - $25,000

NAFSA Award Recognition and Appreciation Luncheon-- One Co-Sponsor Opportunity Remains! $14,000

NAFSA annually honors exceptional leaders in the field through the NAFSA International Education Awards. And, for over 20 years the Senator Paul Simon Award for Campus Internationalization has recognized U.S. colleges and universities that are making significant progress toward comprehensive internationalization. Join NAFSA’s leadership and award recipients as we celebrate their achievements. Acknowledgment will include recognition on the NAFSA website, mobile app, online planner, and conference signage, and on conference registration. Sponsor will be acknowledged during award presentation through a pre-recorded video. Sponsor will receive complimentary tickets to the luncheon and one full conference registration. 

Academy 20th Anniversary Ice Cream Social- SOLD!

At the NAFSA 2023 Annual Conference former and current Academy trainees and coaches will celebrate the milestone 20 years of the NAFSA Academy for International Education with an ice cream social on the afternoon of June 1. Since 2003, over 2,000 trainees and coaches have participated in this NAFS signature program, and many are expected to attend our upcoming conference.  Invitations will be extended to alumni trainees and coaches. Sponsor recognition will include logo on on-site signage, in the mobile app, and in the conference planner. Leadership Reception - SOLD!

This exclusive, invitation-only event is for NAFSA’s volunteer leaders serving on knowledge communities, national committees, and the Board of Directors  It serves to welcome volunteer leaders to the annual conference and show appreciation for their service in 2023.  It will be held in the early evening on Monday, May 29. Sponsor recognition will include logo on on-site signage, in the mobile app, and in the conference planner. Sponsor will be able to distribute their organization's promotional materials at the event and provide brief welcome remarks.

Symposium on Leadership - $35,000
This two-hour event brings together senior-level decision-makers across the field of international education to connect, collaborate, and learn about trends transforming higher education. Acknowledgment will include recognition on the conference website, mobile app, online planner, and conference signage, the opportunity to welcome attendees, and two complimentary conference registrations.

Spotlight Speaker Series - $30,000
Occurring throughout the conference, invited experts discuss global topics impacting (and impacted by) international education. Acknowledgment will include recognition on the conference website, mobile app, online planner, and conference signage, and one complimentary conference registration. Sponsors also able to welcome attendees.

Latin America and Caribbean Forum - SOLD!
This two-hour NAFSA signature event features the latest thought leaders on engaging with partners in Latin America and the Caribbean and includes networking opportunities for participants through table moderated conversations. Acknowledgment will include recognition on the conference website, mobile app, online planner, and conference signage, the opportunity to welcome attendees, and one complimentary conference registration.

Poster Fairs - SOLD!
Annual conference poster fairs attract thousands of participants, and this year they will be featured both in the virtual program and throughout the week of the in-person conference. The 14 themed fairs showcase innovative ideas on numerous topics in the field, including advocacy in international education; model practices in international enrollment management; uses of technology and social media in international education; internationalizing the campus; assessing and evaluating international education; and more. New Century Circle Breakfast - $5,000
NAFSA's New Century Circle comprises senior NAFSA members who have dedicated much of the professional careers to NAFSA through volunteering and other engagement efforts. As we celebrate 75 years of NAFSA, support those who have made it what it is today and committed resources to its future through their planned giving efforts. Pre-Plenary Coffee Meet-Up - $25,000
Show your support at the first major conference networking opportunity. Prior to the opening plenary, attendees will have the chance to catch up with their colleagues and meet new ones while sharing their morning coffee. This prime opportunity is a chance to achieve maximum visibility as people enter the convention center and grab their seats for the opening plenary. Sponsor will receive custom-branded napkins and acknowledgment in general conference promotion, on the NAFSA website, in the mobile app, and on on-site signage. This can be bundled with sponsorship of the opening plenary.

Expo Refreshment Breaks - SOLD!
Show your support for conference attendees as the sponsor of NAFSA’s Expo Hall refreshment breaks. Sponsor signage displayed at three refreshment lounges during six breaks over the course of the conference. Places

NAFSA Pavilion Theater - $15,000
The NAFSA Pavilion is the nexus of the Expo Hall. The Pavilion houses an open theater that has capacity for nearly 100 attendees and participants. Each day over 2,000 people visit the Pavilion, and the theater hosts 7 to 9 programs daily. Sponsors receive branding on the NAFSA Pavilion Theater, recognition in NAFSA promotions, marketing and collateral, along with a programming opportunity.

Conference Information Center - SOLD!
Centrally located and in a high-traffic area and open Sunday through Friday noon for extended and maximum visibility. Sponsor logo included on signage. Sponsor can leave promotional materials at the center.

Wellness Room - $7,500
The Wellness Room offers a break from the high-energy and excitement of conference activities. Sponsor this quiet oasis for attendees looking for a moment of relaxation. Sponsorship includes recognition on the mobile app, conference website, and on-site signage. Sponsors can also distribute marketing materials in the room.

Wellness Program - SOLD!
Attendee health and well-being is essential to a successful conference. With the wellness program, attendees will have the chance to participate in sessions throughout the conference. Capital Studio - $5,000
Conference attendees will experience the rich and vibrant culture of Washington, DC in the Capital Studio where they will be able to learn about DC history and events and give back to the community.
