Join NAFSA and save $300 USD on your conference registration as an Individual, International, Group, or New member. If you have never been a NAFSA member, your first year of membership is only $199 USD. NAFSA membership provides you with unmatched access to resources and savings throughout the year.
Student and Retired Professional members save $624 on conference registration.

Early-bird registration rates expire at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).
Regular Registration Begins: April 17, 2023
Regular registration rates commence at 12:00 a.m. (EDT).
Regular Registration Ends: May 27, 2023
Regular registration rates expire at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).
On-Site Registration Begins: May 28, 2023
On-site registration opens at 7:30 a.m. (EDT). Online registration will also be open.
On-Site Registration Closes: June 2, 2023
Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. (EDT).

The deadline to submit invitation letter requests has passed.

On-Site Payment Information
As we welcome our participants to our in-person event in Washington, DC, please be advised NAFSA bookstore and registration will be cashless again this year. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, institutional and personal checks.
Safety Information
NAFSA has prioritized the health and safety of all attendees in planning the 2023 Annual Conference & Expo. We are working with the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, and local and federal authorities to ensure all health and safety regulations are followed. We will post updates to mandates and precautions regularly.
