Attend this important NAFSA Regulatory Perspectives program. USCIS rules effective April 11, 2025, require young nonimmigrants who turn 14 while in the U.S. to "re-register" with USCIS within 30 days of their birthday. In this NAFSA Regulatory Perspectives webinar David Fosnocht from NAFSA will speak with attorneys Dena Neese (Goss Associates) and David Ware (Ware | Immigration) on the applicability of this new rule to dependents of students, and scholars, and others.
We are gathering questions in advance during registration and plan for a Q&A during the webinar as time permits.
This is a NAFSA member-only event. The webinar will be recorded and available to members post event.
