In this live discussion, IEM professionals examine several organizational structures used in international admissions management. Panelists will consider international centers, domestic admissions offices, English language institutes, and admissions offices that work with third-party organizations. Attendees will learn how different organizational models impact model practices in recruitment and admissions. The discussion is well-suited for IEM professionals at all career levels interested in exploring successful business processes, learning about adaptive practices, and understanding how different organizational structures influence the strategic goals of IEM offices. We hope to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas, helping to identify actionable takeaways for attendees looking to optimize their own admissions practices.
