Current Issues: Legal Responses to Enforcement Actions Against Students

As we strive to keep up with the fast-evolving challenges and provide support to international students and scholars, NAFSA is diving deeper into issues related to the recent visa revocations, SEVIS terminations, and other enforcement against students based primarily on criminal arrests. We are learning from attorneys about the legal responses to the enforcement actions. Join us for this webinar featuring Bernard Wolfsdorf, Managing Partner, Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP (WR Immigration) and Brad Banias of Banias Law, LLC who will discuss how they and colleagues are pursuing temporary restraining orders (TROs) and/or preliminary injunctions in federal district court and how your affected students and scholars may be able to seek an evaluation of their cases.
