The Sacramento Valley International Educator's Group (SVIEG) is an informal group of local international student and scholar advisors, study abroad advisors, international educators and more from the greater Sacramento, California, metro area, including Davis, Stockton, Modesto, and Chico, who meet regularly to discuss topics related to international education and immigration. SVIEG meetings are a great way for local advisors to network with colleagues from feeder schools, professionally mentor each other, exchange ideas, and to stay informed of current international student trends and immigration updates.
