Exhibitor & Sponsor Information
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting or advertising at the Region XII Conference in San Diego, California. Please review the opportunities and additional information below.
- Exhibit at the Exhibit Hall Exhibitors set up Tuesday, Nov 5, 2013. The Exhibit Hall is open 8am-5pm on Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday until noon. The Exhibit Hall will be the main activity center of the conference, hosting the Opening Reception and an extended afternoon break on Thursday. The Exhibit Booth includes exhibit space and table/chairs, one conference registration, and quarter page ad.
- Place an advertisement in the Conference Program Advertisers do not need to register for the Conference. Conference Program Brochure staff will contact Advertisers with specifications for submitting advertisements.
- Become a Conference Sponsor There are 4-levels of sponsorship and opportunities to sponsor Conference Coffee Breaks and hosting a table at the All-Conference Brunch on Thursday.
