Thesuccess of past NAFSA: Association of International Educators Region II Conferences is tied directly to the participation of a wide variety of exhibitors, special event sponsors and advertisers. Our most recent regional conference attracted more than 250 international educators from our region. We hope that you will join us in Santa Fe, NM, and that you will consider one of the additional sponsorship opportunities to reach attendees. Our 2016 exhibit space will also provide great visibility/access, as it is in the main hallway between rooms for sessions.

Exhibit Booths

The exhibit space will be set-up along the main hallway that leads to session/meeting rooms. Attendees will pass through this hallway to attend all sessions and the awards lunch. Coffee breaks will be stationed at the end of the hallway opposite the NAFSA registration desk. Exhibitors will not have much space between booths and the hallway will get crowded, but traffic/visibility will be good. Tables will be 6 feet long.

Sponsorships and advertising opportunities are vital to our region as they help offset the high cost of producing a top quality professional conference. Furthermore, it is a great way to promote your organization/institution while supporting the region. For the 2016 conference we have both expanded our sponsorship opportunities and reduced the pricing.
