Sponsorship Opportunities

This year, Region XI will be offering multiple opportunities for sponsorship. All sponsors receive:

Tuesday Night Opening Reception: $3,000
Welcome conference attendees at the official opening reception event! The reception includes appetizers and cash bar. Your organization will be featured at the reception and in the conference program. This sponsorship opportunity may also be co-sponsored among multiple organizations.

Wednesday Awards Lunch: $750
Help honor outstanding individuals in Region XI by sponsoring the Wednesday Awards Lunch. Your logo will be featured on signs and screens throughout the lunch, as well as recognized in the conference program and by the Regional Chair during the lunch. You will also have the opportunity to place promotional materials at each table.

Yoga (2 sessions): $335 (TAKEN)
Sponsor two morning yoga sessions and say “Namaste” to conference attendees. Your company’s logo will be listed as the yoga sponsor on the program itinerary and will be displayed in and outside of the yoga room.

Breakfasts: $650
Say “Good Morning” each day to conference attendees! This sponsorship opportunity allows your company to display its promotional materials at the Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts.

Coffee Break Station: $600
Sustain conference-goers with liquid fuel. This sponsorship allows you to sponsor three conference coffee breaks where your company’s logo will be displayed.

Conference App: $500
Your logo will be featured on the Region XI Conference App’s splash screen (view example)

Conference Lanyards & Badges: $1,300
Add some color and flair to the conference badges by featuring your company's name and logo on your unique lanyard and badge.
