Global Partners can use NAFSA’s exhibit booth calculator to explore different booth configurations and help identify locations that meet their budget.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
- Global Partners must provide a 50% deposit on their booth at time of purchase.
- Global Partner discounts are automatically applied to all 2020 exhibit booth reservations upon purchase. However, current Global Partners that do not renew their partnership for 2020 will have the booth fee changed to the standard fee and may have their booth reassigned.
- If paying by credit card, Global Partners will be expected to pay their 50% deposit up front. If paying by check or wire transfer, payment is due within 30 days after booth booking.
- Any Global Partner who has not paid for their first 50% deposit by its due date may have to forfeit their space and their selection will be returned to the general inventory for non-Global Partner exhibitors to reserve.
