Tracey Hidalgo, PhD

Tracey has been working with international students, scholars, and employees (population size approximately 1600) at the University of Toledo for over six years. In addition to her daily role as the assistant director where her responsibility is to oversee the Office of International Student and Scholars Services, she is also the staff advisor for three international student organizations. Tracey has seen both sides of the immigration field as she came to the U.S. as an F-1 student almost 17 years ago, and has gone through several non-immigrant, and immigrant processes in the United States. Immigration is not just a job for Tracey; it is a way of life.
