Colleen Butler

Colleen Butler serves as the International Employment Manager for the South Dakota Board of Regents. Colleen’s office provides employment related immigration services to the six South Dakota public universities. Prior to her current role Colleen spent more than 10 years as an international human resources professional in the private sector with responsibilities ranging from HR business partnership, expatriate program management and acquisition integration which included a two-year assignment in Belgium.
