NAFSA members are invited to join NAFSA staffers David Fosnocht and Steve Springer for a discussion of online filing of Form I-129 H-1B petitions, which USCIS made available in the Spring of 2024. We'll briefly describe the mechanics of USCIS online Organization Accounts, review USCIS’s Organizational Accounts FAQs, and identify common practice issues. Most important, we'd like to hear from you. Have you already filed a number of H-1B petitions online? What has been your experience with processing times and procedural flow, and do you have any tips you’d like to share with your colleagues? Have you hesitated filing online, and if so why? Do you have unanswered questions or suggestions you’d like to make to USCIS and could agency guidance or changes in agency policy or technical improvements help?

Please note that this is not a "how to" or "Q and A" webinar. Rather it is intended to be a community discussion of this regulatory practice issue and a sharing of perspectives, including insights, challenges, or concerns.

This virtual Regulatory Perspectives event will be recorded and the recording made available to NAFSA members afterwards.
