NAFSA board member Francisco Marmolejo is one of three featured bloggers on WorldWise, the Chronicle of Higher Education's new international blog dedicated to featuring "commentary from globetrotting higher-education thinkers who monitor the growing connections across borders."
The blog is part of the Chronicle's new global edition, which the paper launched at NAFSA's annual conference in June.
Marmolejo, who is executive director of the Consortium for North American Higher Education, posted his inaugural blog on WorldWise earlier this week, entitled "From a Global Village to a Local World" (also posted on the site in Spanish: "Transitando Desde una Aldea Global Hacia un Mundo Local"). Also blogging for WorldWise are Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation scholar Ben Wildavsky and Nigel Thrift, vice chancellor at the University of Warwick.
