SEVP Makes Technical Corrections To OPT Interim Final Rule

This rule makes technical amendments to the April 2008 OPT interim final rule by correcting a typographical error and correcting two technical omissions in the rule's amendatory language (which is used by the Office of the Federal Register in compiling Federal Register notices into the annual release of the Code of Federal Regulations). No substantive changes to law or policy were made.
