OFLC Announces New iCERT System

March 24, 2009 with new PERM rollout dates.

This March, 2009 DOL announcement describes the new iCERT portal system that will be used for LCA and PERM filings. LCA functionality is planned for Spring, 2009, PERM functionality is planned for Fall, 2009.
