iCERT LCA Module User Guide

This is a step-by-step guide on how to use version the iCERT LCA module (Form ETA9035E), prepared by the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). The guide can also be accessed via the Help link once logged into iCERT. DOL further advises to "contact the OFLC help desk at oflc.portal@dol.gov if you experience technical issues."
