Yale President Addresses University Competitiveness and Globalization

Remarks by Dr. Richard Levin, Yale University President, presented at the Foreign Policy Association on April 16, 2008 on the important role that U.S. research institutions play in enhancing U.S. competitiveness and innovation and in contributing to U.S. foreign policy. In particular, Dr. Levin notes how U.S. universities serve as magnets for global talent, as well as increasingly emphasize that their students gain international experience.
